I was thoroughly impressed with this roofing contractor. Candice provided excellent customer service and walked me through the insurance claim process and was there during the insurance inspection. She provided everything I needed for insurance. The roofing team performed an excellent job with the removal, install, and cleanup. Other contractors said I didn't even have a claim. Some didn't get back to me. I can't provide enough positive praise for Efficient Exteriors and Roofing.

Candice Brumit the owner of Efficient Exteriors and Roofing provided a no cost inspection and estimate to replace the roof and gutters on my home. She helped arrange for additional contractors to remove tree limbs and replace a deck that I was unable to work on due to back surgery. She was on site each day during the project to check on the progress making sure I was pleased with the results and checking on the crews.
The crews were very professional in their work methods, final results, and ultimate cleanup.
The new roof looks great and the deck looks like it was never moved for the sewer line replacement last year. The cedar siding is something we will have to talk about next to make this place really match the roof.

When we were collecting estimates to replace our Estes cabin roof, Candice immediately impressed us with her expertise, knowledge, and attention to detail. She was the only one (out of four) who commented on the original green shingles, asking if we wanted similar green singles for our new roof. She discussed the merits of the different types of shingles, helping us select shingles that fit our budget and aesthetic. From start to finish, Candice was hands-on! We had her cell number, and we texted any questions or concerns directly to her, which she promptly addressed. On the day of the install, Candice was on site. And after the roofing job was finished, Candice returned the next day to pick up stray nails and some leftover materials that hadn't fit in the roofers’ truck. We were equally impressed with Candice’s talented roofing team, and we love their work and our new roof! Thank you, Efficient Exteriors!

I have worked with Candice and her team of subcontractors on several hail claims over the last year. From day one, Candice and her team have all been very honest and professional with attention to detail. Each scope of work started with the initial inspection, evaluation and explanation of results, then working with the insurance companies through the claim settlement process, moving forward to the installs and repairs that showed their quality, pride and craftsmanship through the completion of the claim, and leaving each residence or site clean at the end of the day or when they are complete with their scope of work.
